For the first time club HC Katamaraan is organizing an extreme international catamaran race ESTORACE 2010. In an addition to Estonian yachtsmen invitations have been sent to Swedish, Finnish, Norwegian, English, Dutch, Polish and German yachtsmen.The distance is running along the Estonian coast from Ikla to Narva-Jõesuu in other words from border to border. The length is 270 sea miles (500km).
The competition starts on the 09th of July and lasts 4 days including stops.All catamaran teams can participate and we are sure that it’s going to be an exceptional and extreme race. We wish that during upcoming years ESTORACE will become an alternative to Arhcipelago and famous among yachtsmen.
We would be very happy to have fellow sailors from neighboring countries to join as and make this event memorable for everyone.
